These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of POC Gen ("the Application"), a licensed software product developed by Dr. Robert Rice ("Developer"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
POC Gen is licensed software. Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application for your practice. Your license key is tied to your practice and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
The Application is intended for use by licensed chiropractic and healthcare professionals to assist with Program of Care planning and patient financial presentations. Use of the Application is limited to lawful purposes consistent with applicable healthcare regulations.
POC Gen is a practice management and care planning tool. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner. Documents generated by the Application should be reviewed by qualified clinical and compliance personnel before patient presentation.
Financial calculations generated by the Application are estimates based on information you provide. The Developer is not responsible for billing errors, insurance denials, or financial outcomes resulting from use of the Application.
POC Gen, including its source code, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Dr. Robert Rice. Program of Care™ is a trademark of Dr. Robert Rice. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Application at any time. The Developer will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application. The Developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current license term.
The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at pocgen.app/terms. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
